What’s In Season – JUNE
Summer = wedding season! As couples all across the Tristate ready themselves for their happy ever after, the Chef’s Choice bakery team are busy rustling up some fancy after dinner treats. From late night pretzel snack stations, to teeny tiny desserts bites, our culinary masterminds are hard at work perfecting new dessert menu items, ready for the start of summer.
In recent years, the catering world has seen couples shy away from more traditional fare. We have seen a notable increase in more casual menus, such as walking taco station or chicken and waffles. On more than one occasion we have served brunch for dinner! We are always on board for more non-traditional menu ideas, especially when it comes to cakes, desserts, and sweet treats. Over the years, we have continued to expand on our dessert menu, so much so that we now have delectable desserts like Mini Key Lime Pies, Oreo Cheesecake Bars (see above), and even seasonal offerings such as Peppermint Brownie Bites and Bourbon Bacon Apple Tart.
