Kaitlyn Gottdiner

Kaitlyn started with Chef’s Choice Catering upon graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Event Planning and Tourism in 2015. She began as a Sales Assistant and quickly became a valuable part of our team due in part to her years of events experience. In 2019, Kaitlyn assumed the role of Sales Coordinator. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients especially our corporate clients, working to build a symbiotic relationship to execute her events seamlessly.

Cindy’s focus on customer service is unsurpassed and her attention to detail is unrivaled in the catering industry, due to her being a key element of the Chef’s Choice Catering team for over 18 years. As the leader of the service team, she will execute your event with grace and ease, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy.

Born into the food business, she has spent her entire life immersed in the industry, developing a passion for hospitality. With 20 years of experience in customer service and food & beverage, she has honed her skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering strong customer dynamics. Her background has given her a keen understanding of what it takes to create memorable moments. From warm gatherings to large scale events, she is dedicated to making every event a success!
Connie West
Sales Coordinator
Constance joined Chef’s Choice in September of 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in planning and executing events. With a long tenure at the Duke Energy Convention Center, she has managed everything from large-scale galas and public events to intimate gatherings like weddings. Her passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences drives her dedication to every detail, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.
Jenna Belting

Jenna joined Chef’s Choice Catering in the winter of 2018, bringing a wealth of private event experience. After 4 years of venue management, she expanded her interest in a full time sales position. As a member of the Sales Team at Chef’s Choice Catering, Jenna enjoys working with couples to make their wedding day a dream come true. Her unrivaled attention to detail results in flawless event coordination and continued event success for Chef’s Choice.
Debbie Knight
Operations Coordinator
Debbie has thirved in and enjoyed her many years in the hospitality industry, most notably her time at Chef’s Choice Catering. Debbie founded her career in the hotel service industry, where she mastered food and beverage service. Debbie uses her experiences to build our service staff teams who assist in the success of all of our events.
